An entire tour run from a single system
Full website, management dashboard for the whole tour, ticketing, access control, invoicing, email marketing and the complete digital strategy for Spain's largest medieval show.

A big tour falls apart at the seams: sales go one way, the door another, invoicing arrives weeks later and marketing doesn't know which ticket came from where. Koliseum needed a single piece to support public sales and the internal operations of every venue, with one non-negotiable requirement: the door must work even when the connection doesn't.
A tour website built to sell (show, reviews, gallery, FAQ and partners, with purchase always one click away) and Koliseum OS behind it: the private environment where events, teams, finance and execution are coordinated. In-house ticketing, door access control, invoicing and email campaigns on the same data.
