It depends on the scope, which is why the first deliverable of the project is the schedule. The fixed proposal includes specific dates for each release and a first usable version as early as possible, so you can validate with real users without waiting until the end.

Yes, and not only at the end: the repository, infrastructure accounts and documentation are in your name from day one. The handover includes training for your internal team and a recorded architecture session.

Our studio is in Madrid and we work with companies across Spain and on international projects. Day-to-day work is remote, and we save in-person sessions for the milestones that deserve them: discovery, scope sign-off and launch.

Yes, and it's half of what we do. We start with an audit of the inherited code and a report stating what's kept, what's rewritten and with what risk, before committing a single line of new development.

Through a monthly support and evolution agreement: allocated hours, response times based on severity and a quarterly improvement plan we review with you. No mandatory minimum fee if you'd rather handle it with your own team.
